OtakuFest is on June 6-8, 2025 at the Miami Airport Convention Center.
Exhibition Room Load-In: Thursday 11:00am - 11:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm
Exhibition Room Hours:
Friday: 1pm - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 7pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Exhibitor Load-Out: Sunday 6pm- midnight

BOOTH DETAILS

Each exhibitor booth comes with exhibitor badges (2 badges for 1 booth, 4 badges for 2 booths, 5 badges for 3 booths, and one badge for each additional booth purchased), one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Corner Booths come with an additional six foot table for the 2nd face out. Premium Artist booths come with exhibitor badges (2 badges for one booth, or 3 badges for 2 booths), one six foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Artist Alley Booths come with two badges, one 6ft table, and 2 chairs.

Additional exhibitor tables, chairs, and pipe and drape are available from PME Expo Services for a fee, or, you may bring your own. You can order any additional needs at the show. For any questions, contact: John Gillen, PME Expo Services at john@my-pme.com.

Additional exhibitor badges are $90 and can be ordered at Check-In. Badges are non-transferable.

OtakuFest is located at the Miami Airport Convention Center, 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126.

NOTE: YOU MUST LOAD IN FROM THE SOUTH LOADING DOCK. YOU CANNOT LOAD IN FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE.

Exhibitors need to check-in at the Exhibitor Info Booth, located at the back of the Convention Center, directly inside of the South Loading Dock before 12:00pm on Friday.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

The Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC) is located at 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126 conveniently located near the intersection of Dolphin and Palmetto Expressways so that you can easily access a variety of destinations and attractions. The MACC features onsite overnight parking for a fee, based on vehicle class, starting around $18.

 

DRIVING DIRECTION TO LOADING DOCK

From Milam Dairy Rd:

  • Turn east on to NW 7th St

  • Turn left into second (eastern) entrance

  • Make the first right and follow the road around.

  • At the split, make a right and then an immediate left.

  • Follow road up to loading docks

From NW 7th St:

  • Turn into eastern entrance

  • Make the first right and follow the road around.

  • At the split, make a right and then an immediate left.

  • Follow road up to loading docks

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We are excited to see you at OtakuFest 2025, but if you are showing symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath or have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of the event, please stay home. We recommend that all exhibitors, attendees, and staff be fully vaccinated, including the booster shot, before attending the event. All attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff must follow OtakuFest & MACC Staff directions at all times.

MACC POLICIES

Please review the Miami Airport Convention Center’s Policies and Procedures at the link below. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in your dismissal from the show, without a refund. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Miami Airport Convention Center at  305-261-3100.

NEW! GOBLIN MARKET: THE QUEST BOARD

Goblin Market—the wildly popular Orlando-based discount art market—is bringing one of their fan-favorite experiences to OtakuFest, and you’re invited to take part!

It’s simple: post a “wanted” quest (like a lunch run, trade request, or item need), offer a small prize, and let attendees complete it for you. It’s a fun, game-like way to engage fans, trade creatively, and get help without leaving your booth. Participate to get:

  • More engagement at your table

  • Barter-style trades with excited fans

  • A unique way to connect with attendees (and get what you actually need!)

Goblin Market will handle setup and deliver quest cards to your table. Participation is completely free and optional. They'll handle the setup, signage, and delivery of posters to your booth. All you need to do is dream up a fun request!
