OtakuFest is on May 17 - 19, 2024 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

BOOTH DETAILS

Each exhibitor booth comes with exhibitor badges (2 badges for 1 booth, 4 badges for 2 booths, 5 badges for 3 booths, and one badge for each additional booth purchased), one eight foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Corner Booths come with an additional six foot table for the 2nd face out. Premium Artist booths come with exhibitor badges (2 badges for one booth, or 3 badges for 2 booths), one six foot table, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can. Artist Alley Booths come with two badges, one 6ft table, and 2 chairs.

Additional exhibitor tables are available from the decorator for a fee, or you may bring your own.

Additional exhibitor badges are $90. Badges are non-transferable. You may purchase additional badges at the event.

LOAD-IN & CHECK-IN

NOTE: YOU MUST LOAD IN FROM THE SOUTH LOADING DOCK. YOU CANNOT LOAD IN FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE.

Exhibitors need to check-in at the Exhibitor Info Booth, located at the back of the Convention Center, directly inside of the South Loading Dock before 12:00pm on Friday.

The Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) is located on 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL conveniently 12 miles from Miami International Airport and six miles from Downtown Miami and PortMiami. The MBCC features an onsite parking garage with 800 parking spots including disabled, accessible and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging spaces, as well as bike racks.

Northbound via I-95

  • Take exit 2D toward I-395 E/Miami Beach

  • Continue onto I-395 E

    0.4 mi

PARKING:

Miami Beach Convention Center Parking Garage

The MBCC Campus has a parking garage with 800 parking spaces available for use during your events with a $20 flat fee. The parking garage decks are located on the 4th and 5th level (uncovered) of the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Enter from 1901 Convention Center Drive (West) or from 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East). For Grand Ballroom events: enter from 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East). Valet service is available.

Hours: 6am-1am, 7 days a week (starting March 2023).

Accessible parking spots are located on the rooftop parking garage of the MBCC. To find more information on accessibility in our venue click here. 

Electric Vehicle charging (EV) stations are available on the 5th floor of the MBCC rooftop parking garage.

Miami beach senior high school

Miami Beach Senior High School will have parking available for exhibitors. Enter from 2231 Prairie Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 and follow signs for parking. No overnight parking will be available. This lot will be available during the following times:

  • Thursday (5/16): 3pm-10pm

  • Friday (5/17): 3pm-12am

  • Saturday (5/18): 8am-12am

  • Sunday (5/19): 8am-9pm

Valet Parking

Valet Service for MBCC events is provided by 1st Class Parking near the West Lobby . Main Entrance off Convention Center Drive.

Sponsored events (events held in Ballrooms or catered): $30.00

Standard Event Fee: $35.00

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE 

  • For ride share service, sign up for Uber or Lyft available in your corresponding app store. Check out the FDOT Interactive Map for real-time traffic information to and from Miami Beach. You can also sign up to receive traffic text alerts to your phone by texting MBTRAFFIC to 888-777. 

  • Download the Park Me App  for Miami Beach for real-time parking availability and rates for private and municipal lots and garages in your area. Find the cheapest, closest parking to your destination, reserve a guaranteed parking spot in advance with your credit card, get directions to the lot entrance and set reminders for park times, all through the easy-to-use Park Me app. 

  • Hop aboard the City of Miami Beach’s free trolley to reach the MBCC and area amenities. Visit the Citywide Free Trolley page for routes and hours of operation. Track the trolley’s progress by downloading the City’s trolley app. 

  • Use Miami Dade Transit with stops at 17th Street, the MBCC and Miami Beach City Hall. Download the Miami Dade Transit app here   

  • Download the Freebee Ride App for free eco-friendly rides throughout South Beach and Mid-Beach. The City of Miami Beach partnered with Freebee to offer a FREE On-Demand Transit (ODT) service to riders throughout Mid-Beach. ODT service will provide first mile/last mile service connecting to the existing Miami Beach Trolley and Miami-Dade County Bus service within the service area and door-to-door service for trips originating and ending within the service area. The service is available Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 10 PM, and it’s FREE! 

  • Text for a Swoop Ride, a pioneer in the green transportation industry in Miami Beach. Swoop offers a free ride program to the community. Text your location to (305) 900 – 6367 to arrange a Swoop ride.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We are excited to see you at OtakuFest 2024, but if you are showing symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath or have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of the event, please stay home. We recommend that all exhibitors, attendees, and staff be fully vaccinated, including the booster shot, before attending the event. All attendees, exhibitors, guests, and staff must follow OtakuFest & MBCC Staff directions at all times.
